- Sold in Pairs, with or without cleat nut
- SPD cleats are engineered specifically to match SHIMANO pedals and avoid damage
- SM-SH51 Single Release:
- Fits all Shimano mountain pedals with 4 degree float (except 858)
- For SPD, single direction release type
- Release the cleats from the pedals by twisting your heels outward
- SM-SH56 Multi Release:
- Fits all Shimano mountain pedals with top plates and 0 degree float (except 858)
- For SPD, multi-directional release type
- Release the cleats from the pedals by twisting your heels in any direction
