Lost Items and Damage Items

If, items is lost or Dead on Arrival, Puerto Rico Bike will replace and sent again at not cost by client. In case of Damage or Dead on Arrival, you have 3 days (from de arrival date) to send videos and photos and notify the event to puertoricobike@gmail.com or calling 939-350-4546. We will determine if you need to return item back at no cost for you. Damage or Dead on Arrival means that that items as soon was open was physical broken or damage probably because of the handling of the carrier. if you take more 3 days, then the normal return policy is apply.
