Policy
If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, you have 5 days to either:
All items (including bikes) must be unused and in original saleable condition with all packaging and labels.
Returns
You have 5 days to notify the return and 7 days to deliver the return from date from arrival or Pickup at Store. You can exchange for other product and pay difference for a mayor value product.
No money refund. If you don't want an exchange. You can have Credit Store with no expiration date for future purchase.
Regarding Supplements, Groceries, Energy Drinks/Boosters and Ointments. We are proud of the quality of our products and want to make sure you
are completely satisfied. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return unopened products for a full credit or exchange within 7 days of the purchase date. For health protection and hygiene reasons we can accept unsealed products. This is apply when you purchase 2 or more items of
Supplements, Groceries, Energy Drinks/Boosters and Ointments, then the
credit is apply for those unopened/unseals items. An open Box can accepted if and only if individual packages in box and unopened/unseals. The credit or exchange is apply for those
unopened/unseals individual packages. Remember to read the ingredients
on the labels, we are not liable for any contraindications and heath
issues can result from Supplements, Groceries, Energy Drinks/Boosters and Ointments we sell and we only offer credit or exchange of unopened/unseals items. For more detail information please read "Terms and Conditions" page.
We are aware that sometimes Carrier more time to expected to deliver products. Please provide the tracking # of your return via email puertoricobike@gmail.com or Call to 939-350-4546 as soon is available.
Restocking Fees
Maximum Restocking fee of 25% will be apply for Re-packing, signs of use or any damage for the return item (s). In case of damage, still have to be in saleable condition, if not, you need to proceed to manufacturer warranty.
No returns are accepted because of physical or cosmetic damage such as breakage, spillage, shock, scratches, etc. All items should be look like new with original packaging. Some exceptions can be done applying restocking fees.
Warranties
If the Item shows defects or malfunction, you will claim the warranty's Manufacturer. We can help in that procedure. You will receive communication from manufacturer if will be a repair or a replacement.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. If they select the wrong item or change their mind. Puerto Rico is responsible for the cost of return shipping if the item is faulty (5 Days Return Policy) or if the wrong item has been sent.
Wrong sized item
We will exchange any product that doesn't fit or the wrong size or color was selected. Return shipping is on the customer. Making the exchange is no cost to the customer (except if other Size or Color are has more value, then should pay the difference) the only out of pocket cost is the return shipment to us and the shipping and delivery of the new item exchange . We will pay the return shipment if an item was sent wrong. A Shipping label will be issued at no cost to the customer.
Clearance Items
No refunds or exchanges on Clearance items. Items that Categories as "Clearance Sale" or noted as a "Clearance" . ALL SALES FINAL.
How to Return
You can return shipping that items to us or visiting our store. When returning a item please make sure you also provide us the following details: Full name, address, Order #, date of the delivery, Contact Phone #, your receipt invoice via email at puertoricobike@gmail.com with Shipping Company and tracking# of your shipment to use or Call to 939-350-4546 with that information during working hours.
